2019 SC READY and SCPASS Information for Families
Dear Falcons Parent/Guardian,
Your Falcon students in 6th, 7th and 8th grades will participate in the South Carolina College and Career – READY Assessments (SC READY) and the South Carolina Palmetto Assessment of State Standards (SCPASS) this spring. Only select 8th grade students will participate in the End of Course Examination Program (EOCEP). These statewide assessments will assist us in monitoring your child’s academic growth and comprehension of the South Carolina College and Career Ready Standards.
Our students will have the opportunity to take these tests online for the science, social studies, reading, and writing via Chrome books or in a computer lab. You may view online sample test questions at the following website: https://wbte.drcedirect.com/SC/portals/sc
The tentative testing schedule is below, and you will be notified if any changes are made. It is important that your child is present for all scheduled testing. Please avoid making appointments on these days and help us prevent unnecessary absences. If you have any concerns regarding the EOCEP, SC READY or SCPASS assessments, please contact your child’s teacher.

May 16 –SC READY Writing –Session 1

May 21- EOC Algebra I
