Our nurses are checking immunization records and will be sending home letters for those who are not in compliance. Please be aware that the status of your child’s immunizations required for school attendance by SCDHEC is currently being audited district wide. If your child’s immunization record is found to be missing or invalid, you will be notified by letter with a request to present a Valid SC Immunization Certificate within 30 days.
